Comrade Deng Xiaoping's appraisal also pointed out the role of Hua Guofeng, and after leaving his post, Hua Guofeng also slowly faded out of the people's sight, did not ask about the affairs of the state, lived a peaceful life, and planted vegetables and grapes at home to cultivate himself. But every year he would pay homage to Chairman Mao and then visit his old friends. Under Deng Xiaoping's reforms, China has become stronger and more prosperous, which is also a scene that Hua Guofeng likes to see, and his contributions to the country in those years will also be recorded in history and will be remembered by people.
