Therefore, a person who grew up eating pulp water surface, now eats less pulp water surface, which is something I did not expect before - now eat less, mainly because my wife will not "throw" pulp water. If you especially want to eat, you take a car to eat at your mother-in-law's house. But I love to eat bitter lettuce "throw" slurry water - the scientific name of bitter lettuce is lettuce, called defeat sauce grass in Chinese medicine, a kind of Asteraceae - in fact, the pulp water "thrown" with fresh bitter lettuce is fragrant and delicious, and also has the effect of appetizing and reducing fire, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone. In addition to bitter lettuce, the syrup water cast with alfalfa and mustard vegetables is also delicious. The pulp water is delicious, not necessarily the pulp water surface is delicious.

In fact, the emergence of slurry water has a long history, dating back to the Western Zhou Dynasty. Li Shizhen said in his "Compendium of Materia Medica" that the slurry water "regulates the qi in the middle, is suitable and powerful, passes the appetizer, quenches thirst and consumes food, facilitates urination, and white skin." I have a friend whose relatives work in a bank and run south after the crime. Within half a year, he was arrested and returned. He hadn't eaten in months and was hungry when he smelled it. After a while, he lowered his stomach with two bowls, probably because he felt satisfied, and at once he put out the process of committing the crime and the disk, and he was smiling when he said it. When the police asked him why he had not spoken before, his answer was that the pulp water was comfortable to eat. The answer is so simple. The reason is so incredible. I think that this sentence he inadvertently said is precisely the deep precipitation of food culture in an ordinary person.
