Ren Hongen, a native of Wenxian County, Henan Province, born in 1941, is a national first-class actor, a well-known and famous Yu opera performance artist, an outstanding expert in provincial management who enjoys special government allowances, and the former head of the Yu Opera Troupe in Xuchang City, Henan Province.
In the past 60 years of artistic career, he has shot more than ten films and created a series of influential artistic images.
"Liu Zide" of "People And Horses" in the 1960s, "Chang Youfu" of "The Marriage of the Unlucky Uncle" in the 1980s, and "Zhao Tiexian" of "I Love My Father" in the 1990s have been hailed as the three milestones of performing arts.
Ren Hongen entered the former Xu Changyu Opera Troupe at the age of fourteen, and under the influence of Wang Yunsheng, Zheng Lanbo, Tian Xiuling and other artists of the older generation, he studied hard, worked hard, and did not shame to ask.
