In line with the principle of "who mines and who governs, who destroys and who repairs", it is necessary to implement the responsibility of governance and restoration of mining enterprises, and promote the mining rights holders to perform their obligations to protect and control the ecological environment of mines in accordance with the law. It is necessary to further improve the construction of institutional mechanisms, strengthen institutional guarantees, establish long-term mechanisms, solidly promote and unremitting efforts, and ensure that the city's mine ecological restoration and governance work achieves practical results.
