Readers may be a little puzzled when they see this, why does it have to be two lion's head mushrooms? One can't do it, three can't do it?

In fact, there is a little thought from the little chef here. Before making this dish, let me share a little story with you.

According to the old mountain collectors: wild lion's head mushrooms have a strange growth law, growing in pairs and looking at each other from afar. This growth pattern is very curious and mysterious, so it has spawned a very poignant legend.

It is said that there is a pair of little monkeys in love on Huaguo Mountain. Every day, they play by the mountain stream, leap over the trees in the forest, shuttle through the flowers and wild fruits, and the sound of happy cries echoes among the flowers and fruits.

A lovelorn fox is stimulated, and jealously it is determined to drive away the little monkeys that show their love. So it bribed the mountain gods to drive them out of Huaguo Mountain and exile them to Bian Seningguta. The life of the border plug is very hard, but they are still relatively happy to live together. Unfortunately, the good times did not last long, and winter came in the blink of an eye.

Heavy snow sealed the mountain, and the mountains were white. They could not find enough food, and they had to escape the pursuit of tigers, leopards and jackals, so they could only hide in the trees and shiver in the cold wind. So soon after, they were both starved to death. Before dying, they chose two oak trees that were not far apart and could look at each other as their final destination. Later, two mushrooms grew on these two, furry, much like two monkey heads. In order to remember these two monkeys, the people called this mushroom the lion's head mushroom.

I believe that after listening to this story, you can understand why the chef must choose two lion's head mushrooms - yes, the chef is also thinking about these two monkeys.
