"My hometown is in Zhouzhi Zhuyu, which is a poor and remote place. Due to my family situation, I did not continue my studies after graduating from high school. Later, seeing that it was difficult for fruit farmers to sell kiwifruit, they chose the kiwifruit processing industry in 2005 and opened a family workshop. Wang Yunning said that there was no experience that year, only 24 tons were produced in the first year, and more than 40,000 yuan was lost. Later, with the help of government departments and "think tanks" such as Guo Yurong (products), Zhou Huiling (storage) and Shaanxi Normal University Meng Yonghong and Zhao Wuqi (design), the production capacity gradually expanded from the initial tens of tons to more than 2,000 tons. Through 16 years of hard work, Yihui has now developed into the largest kiwifruit processing enterprise in the western part of Zhouzhi County.
