This income is more than 100,000 yuan
Last Saturday and Sunday, the 20 acres of cherry orchards in Pu Province poured into two or three hundred tourists every day, and thousands of trees that were originally full of red cherries were soon "picked" by tourists. "You can count all the rest!" Pu Omit said with a slight exaggeration.
"The cherries are gone, but your 'pockets' are full!" People who have a good relationship with the village make fun of him like this, but Pu Xing laughs and doesn't speak.
Pu Province has indeed made a lot of money: two or three hundred people enter the kindergarten every day, and the children do not receive the kindergarten fee, minus one-third of the number of people, and there are also more than 100 people, each person charges 25 yuan for the entrance fee, and this income alone has four or five thousand yuan; two or three hundred people are roughly counted as 100 families, each family goes back with one kilogram, 30 yuan per kilogram, and the income is about 3,000 yuan. The two things add up, and the income is seven or eight thousand yuan a day, which is about 15,000 yuan a weekend.
The cherry picking period is about half a month, accounting for three weekends. In other words, in these three weekends alone, the provincial family can earn 80,000 or 90,000 yuan from cherry picking. Coupled with the ten days on non-weekends, his family's income exceeded 100,000 yuan in this cherry picking season.
The 47-year-old Pu Sheng's family is in Songmao Community, Qidian Street, Yangzonghai Scenic Area, Kunming, where there are more than 4,500 acres of cherries, and every household grows cherries. Because it is close to the main city of Kunming, tourists in the main city can drive less than an hour to arrive, and every year when the cherries are ripe, there is an endless stream of tourists who come here to pick cherries.
Not only Songmao Community, but also 9 rural communities in Qidian Street have planted cherries on a large scale, with a planting area of 15,700 acres, and 1,403 farmers have built more than 1,500 cherry orchards, with an annual output of 8,750 tons and an output value of about 120 million yuan.
"To be honest, our family's cherry planting area and picking income are not much, and some people in the village can earn two or three hundred thousand yuan a year from cherries alone. Pu said with a smile.

This income is more than one million dollars
On April 17, at the raspberry picking base in Malang Community, Qidian Street, plump and yellow yellow bubbles adorned the branches, making people salivate.
In the eyes of Yunnan people, yellow bubbles have been found on the ridges, in the mountains, and in the bushes. When ripe, the taste is sweet and sour, and the golden color of the fruit makes people take the risk of picking it despite the thorns and then enjoy the sweet and sour wild fruit.
In 2022, Peng Zechao, a resident of Malang Community, invested in the construction of a raspberry picking base to develop artificial planting of yellow bubbles, black bubbles, and black raspberries. In order to allow tourists to have more places to play, he also equipped the base with a barbecue area, a rest area, a cool area, and carefully designed a raspberry popsicle with a unique taste.
Everything was ready, and the base opened in May last year. I thought that business would not be good at first, but I didn't expect that tourists would spread ten, ten, and hundreds, and hundreds of people would pour in on average every weekend. Peng Zechao had to hire a worker to pick the fruit so that the tourists could leave with them. By the end of the picking season, the operating income of the base exceeded one million yuan. "I really didn't expect it!" When he said this, he couldn't help but nod subconsciously.
Although business was booming last year, Peng Zechao still had no bottom in his heart. Some time ago, he pre-sold tickets for this year's picking season through a short video platform. In just six or seven days, the pre-sale amount exceeded 100,000 yuan, and he was worried that too many people would pour into the base at once and the service would not be able to keep up, so he hurriedly suspended the pre-sale.
Seeing that the yellow bubbles and black bubbles in the base are about to mature, Peng Zechao decided to open the park on May Day this year after discussing with his family. He expects that as more fruits enter the peak fruit season this year, the base's income will reach three to five times that of last year.

This income is nearly 200,000 yuan
Less than 10 kilometers away, in a number of mulberry picking gardens in Hujiazhuang Community, Qidian Street, tourists are carrying baskets to experience the joy of picking and enjoy a quiet leisure time.
More than 10 years ago, under the guidance of the local party committee and government, the Hujiazhuang community developed a mulberry industry, and since then, tourists will flock to the mulberry orchard to taste the sweet and juicy mulberries during the mulberry picking season from early April to mid-May every year.
Hu Quanquan, secretary of the general party branch and director of the neighborhood committee of Hujiazhuang community, said that with the peak of mulberry picking, more than four or five hundred people pick mulberries every weekend, and more than 200 vehicles pour into the community every day.
Hu Fuyun, 62 years old this year, is a large mulberry grower in the community, planting about 30 acres of mulberries, including white fruit mulberry, cordyceps mulberry and fat fruit mulberry. Every year during the mulberry picking season, his family's income is nearly 200,000 yuan.
In Hujiazhuang community, the mulberry planting area has reached about 500 acres, with an annual output value of about 300 yuan. In order to allow tourists to have more experience, Hujiazhuang community is building the "Huanyang Zonghai Thousand Mu Mulberry Picking Belt", which is only injecting "source living water" into rural revitalization.
