Serious violations of discipline and law! Liu Xing, former secretary of the party committee and director of the Linyi Hedong Public Security Bureau, was double-dismissed

  A few days ago, with the approval of the Linyi Municipal CPC Committee, the Linyi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision conducted a case review and investigation into Liu Xing, former secretary of the party committee and director of the Hedong Branch of the Linyi Municipal Public Security Bureau, for serious violations of discipline and the law.

  After investigation, Liu Xing was serving as a member of the party committee, deputy political commissar, and director of the 110 command center of the Linshu County Public Security Bureau, a member of the party committee, deputy director, and a reconnaissance officer at the level of the main section of the Linshu County Public Security Bureau, a member of the party committee, deputy director, and director of the 610 office of the county party committee of the Linshu County Public Security Bureau, a deputy secretary and political commissar of the junan county public security bureau, a deputy county-level cadre of Junan County, a member of the party group of the county government, a secretary of the party committee and director of the county public security bureau, a member of the party group of the Yinan county government, a deputy county magistrate, a secretary of the party committee of the county public security bureau, and a secretary of the party committee of the Hedong branch of the Linyi City Public Security Bureau. During the period of his post, the director of the bureau violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated the spirit and honest discipline of the eight provisions of the central authorities, issued subsidies in violation of regulations, and accepted gifts, gift money, and consumption cards that might affect the fair performance of official duties; violated organizational discipline, concealed personal real estate, sought benefits for others and accepted property in the selection and appointment of cadres; violated honest discipline and ran business in violation of regulations; violated work discipline and disposed of property involved in the case in violation of regulations; violated discipline in life; took advantage of his position to illegally occupy public property, and was suspected of embezzlement Taking advantage of one's position to seek benefits for others, or taking advantage of one's own authority or position to seek improper benefits for a trustee through the conduct of other state functionaries in one's position, accepting money or property from others, and being suspected of accepting bribes.

  As a leading cadre with party membership and a people's policeman, Liu Xing has lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original mission, resisted deceiving the organization, deviated from the principles of the organization, failed to keep the moral bottom line, acted arbitrarily and arbitrarily, reduced public power to a tool for seeking private interests, embezzled state assets, and wantonly accepted bribes.

  In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "People's Republic of China People's Police Law," and other relevant provisions, after being studied by the Standing Committee of the Linyi Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Linyi Municipal CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Liu Xing the punishment of expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office; to confiscate the proceeds of his violation of discipline; and to transfer his suspected crimes in office to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.
