Reading Marx's classic works

Personally, before reading Marx's original works, my understanding of Marxism was only a course of Marxist political economy and Marxist philosophy, to be honest, these dead conclusions often make me uninterested, abstract and empty, after studying, I am only some abstract conclusions and words about Marxism, not only did not really understand Marxism, but also quickly forgotten, so Marxism in the classroom often makes people go to its opposite, It is to consciously or unconsciously make people resent Marxism, and true Marxism needs to be understood in the original works of Marx and Engels.

Although I had been exposed to Marxist political economy and Marxist philosophy in middle school, one of the requirements of my own life was to read some classic books in my lifetime, and to be able to understand the world when I left this world. In addition to the classic literary masterpieces of ancient and modern China and foreign countries, my greatest hope is to systematically read the works of Marx and Engels and see how these two thinkers who have the greatest influence in the world think and understand the world. It was only a hazy wish in my heart, because in an age of laughter, pleasure and consumption, who would want to go to the trouble of reading big works that require thinking and patience? Most of these works were shelved and replaced with fast-food pure pastime books, so for a long time I did not deliberately search for Marx and Engels books, and it was only a few years ago by chance that I came into contact with Marx and Engels's works: I went to a friend's house and accidentally found that his father's bookshelf displayed the sixties and seventies version of Marx and Engels's anthology, the new four books, it seems that since it was placed on the shelves, no one has ever patronized, since the owner only uses it as a decoration, So I took these four books from a friend's house and began to study the works of Marx and Engels in my spare time, first, to realize a dream, and second, to help me understand the nature of real society through the works of Marx and Engels. This inadvertent experience actually made me fall in love with Marx and Engels's works from then on, and I could not receive them at once, and since then, I have successively found some complete works of Marx and Engels to read, and I have a completely new understanding and perception of Marxism. When reading Marx and Engels's original works, I felt that I seemed to have only come into contact with Marxist thought for the first time, to see social phenomena more thoroughly, to understand ordinary social and political problems more deeply, no wonder Engels said that Marx's work is an encyclopedia of social sciences, through his works you can feel the true insights on social analysis and political issues everywhere.

Marx's works are divided into philosophical works, economic works, political treatises, current affairs reviews and correspondence, involving political, economic, philosophical, social issues and other fields, the thinking is extremely rigorous, broad and profound, the language of the article is bold and powerful, sometimes witty and funny, sometimes spicy and ironic, the classic quotations come at hand, indicating that he is very knowledgeable, rigorous in argumentative thinking, profound thinking, reflecting Marx's research on the problems he never stopped, but the result of deep consideration, therefore, reading Marx's works, Not only the baptism of thought, the sublimation of understanding, but also the spiritual enjoyment, as a modern person can not not read the works of Marx and Engels, he is not only the embodiment of modern life, but also understands modern society, with broad humanistic care, social responsibility of modern citizens.
