Inspirational Book List: 38 Letters from Rockefeller to His Son You Can Only Trust Yourself

author:Moving forward Le Le Tsai

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" > you can only trust yourself</h1>

I only show my feelings when it is beneficial to myself; I can let my opponent teach me, but I never teach my opponent, no matter how much I know about that thing...

This quote from Rockefeller is the only thing I've marked with a pen after reading the book. I remember when I was studying, the teacher often said a sentence "Now some people still say you, no one will say you after work", and parents often say a sentence "In addition to me saying you, you see who cares about you", today we will discuss it from the perspective of both sides.

A teaches B that there are generally two outcomes. B rationally accepts (humble and kind to take its essence to remove its dross), B gets growth and gains; B does not accept, and argues with A; in either case, the profit is B, A needs to pay time and energy, A may only get B's grateful heart of feedback (and sense of accomplishment). For contemporary society, in fact, A's efforts and returns are not proportional, but the risk is extremely high (offending people). It can be seen that many people are now basically praising people, praising things when they become, comforting when things fail, and there is less and less communication of a teaching nature. Moreover, when two people have a conflict of interests, teaching is even more impossible.

So see my little buddy in this article. Be sure to pay attention to being "killed".

When you are criticized, you feel that you are in the "PUA", and when you are hit, you say that others deliberately make you unconfident. In fact, killing is even more terrifying. Maintain an upward heart, while doing a good job of the B role, but also do a good job of the A role, learn to listen, accept criticism, reflect on yourself, and carefully identify. That's what we should do right now.

Come on, strangers. Hope you can follow me and grow with me.
