She said that the eldest brother fought Japanese devils in the revolutionary years and fell into a serious stomach problem due to excessive hunger. Later, the operation in Wendeng, Shandong Province, was unsuccessful, and Commander Yang Guofu of the Jinan Military Region sent a helicopter to take the eldest brother to the 301 Hospital of the Beijing Military Region for treatment, and Jiang Yan, who had been rescued and worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the deputy commander of the Beijing Military Region waited at the door of the operating room for a full eight hours. Before his death, the eldest brother repeatedly admonished his family: "We must follow the party all our lives and serve the people."
After the death of the eldest brother, he was rated as a revolutionary martyr. The eldest sister-in-law worked as a military doctor in the army, worked in the Shanxi Linfen Commercial Bureau after changing careers, and stayed at home after being laid off, relying only on receiving a pension of 500 yuan from her eldest brother every month to support her family.
One year, Jinan wanted to build a hero wall, the relevant departments found the sister-in-law, discussed the name of the eldest brother, the sister-in-law looked very thin, said that no one is there, it is not used. The eldest sister-in-law was indifferent to fame and fortune all her life, lived to the age of 89, and died without illness.
Teacher Lin Ruiying grew up living with his eldest brother in Fujian and witnessed the contribution of the eldest brother to the revolution. She was deeply influenced by her eldest brother, so she studied diligently and was studious. When I was in elementary school, I won the 10,000-character writing award in Fuzhou City. Later, he could be sent to Fuzhou No. 5 Middle School to study. Due to the difficulty of leaving his homeland, he returned to Qixia and worked in the Education Bureau and the county party committee office. She worked at the age of 17 and joined the Party at the age of 19. During the Cultural Revolution, he also used the convenience in his hands to protect a group of upright old cadres. During the construction of the Anli Reservoir, Teacher Lin was in charge of the propaganda work of the radio station, and a group of rebels wanted to go to the construction site to criticize the old cadres of the county party committee, and met Teacher Lin and asked her: "Are they there?" Teacher Lin said: "No", because everyone knows that Teacher Lin is red and dedicated, and these guys have gone away.
One night in 1992, Teacher Lin's family lived in the family area bungalow of the Qixia Teachers' Training School, and late at night there was a wild bark of dogs, and Teacher Lin's old mother said, Go and see, what happened? Teacher Lin immediately came out with her husband and son, and it turned out that there was a staff member of the teacher's training school who went to the principal's house to make trouble after drinking, and had already knocked open the first door and smashed the door and window glass. When the surrounding neighbors were helpless, Teacher Lin appeared for the first time, and a vice principal surnamed Mou next to him said that Ruiying had come, but it was good. Teacher Lin's voice was very loud, and he did some work, and Teacher Lin's husband, Lao Yang, was from the military, and he roared loudly, frightening the troublemakers into holding their heads and avoiding the further deterioration of the situation. The next day, the Director of the Education Bureau led the members of the Bureau's Party Committee and school leaders to personally visit the door to express their gratitude to Mr. Lin's family for their courage.
According to the staff of the Dacheng Gate Property Management Office, Mr. Lin has a good reputation in the community, is a neighbor and a neighbor, and is kind to people everywhere. Once, Teacher Lin went to the Construction Bank to exchange 300 yuan for change, and the salesman gave her 3,000 yuan, and Teacher Lin returned it to the bank.
Last year, I picked up a wallet with a lot of cards and 1,000 yuan in cash, and found the owner based on the ID card and business card in the bag. It turned out that the owner was a deputy general manager of the General Post Office of Yingbin Road. The owner had to give the cash in the bag to Teacher Lin Ruiying, and Teacher Lin politely declined.
Because the mother shrank her clothes and food before she died, and only enjoyed the eldest brother's monthly pension of 5 yuan, someone advised Teacher Lin to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau to find the mother's share, Teacher Lin has not opened his mouth with the organization, and later after the comrades of the Civil Affairs Bureau learned of this matter, they said to those who were dead-skinned and wanted benefits from the organization: "Look at Lin Ruiying, two martyrs in the family, a revolution, when did she come to the organization?"
Teacher Lin's Gao Feng Liang Festival is not for no reason, and has a strong family style inheritance. According to Teacher Lin, Teacher Lin's father was in the column of the Eighth Route Army, and his uncle died on the battlefield in order to resist Japan. Her mother was an underground party member and often risked her life to deliver letters to the Eighth Route Army. Later, he became the president of the women's rescue committee, and his prestige was very high, and it was easy to mediate neighborhood conflicts in the village. The mother repeatedly warned several children that without the Communist Party, there would be no big brother of yours, and without your big brother, there would be no happiness for our whole family. We must not forget the party's kindness.
Teacher Lin likes the children very much, sends this and that to the children, and the children also feel the warmth of home. When leaving, the children cling to each other, and Teacher Lin sends them away. Looking at Teacher Lin's short back, I suddenly felt that the image of Teacher Lin was tall, and the image of a Communist Party member who was selflessly dedicated and indifferent to fame and fortune was engraved in the annals of the Communist Party of China.
From the story told by Teacher Lin, we clearly feel the greatness of a revolutionary family, and our motherland is composed of thousands of ordinary families.
