The revitalization of Northeast China requires new thinking

First, the past brilliant achievements of northeast China is a kind of embedded institutional innovation ("out of nothing") model, in the new era northeast to achieve breakthrough development, must use unconventional means, choose a "out of nothing" system innovation, system design, from the top or outside implant new system, promote subversive innovation, with institutional breakthroughs to lead the flow of talent, technological innovation and resource allocation. On the other hand, the development of northeast china's industries should take the endogenous development path, and when choosing industrial upgrading and transformation, it is necessary to achieve "better in the middle" based on the original industrial base.

Second, reposition the goal of the revitalization of the northeast and actively display superior resources. Based on the perspective of advantages, the revitalization of Northeast China can be called "building a happy northeast, building a healthy northeast, building an ecological northeast, and building an innovative science and education northeast".

Third, the northeast is not full of stars (county economy, private enterprises), but there is a moon that shines on the earth (central city). The northeast county is not economically developed, and the private enterprises are not fully developed, so it is necessary to concentrate our efforts on the development of regional central cities and create the moon to radiate and drive all places.
