Recently, Dancing with Love has also launched an official website called "AlTutor". The official website showcases a language learning smart companion product called "Gigglepal".
In 2023, Zhang Huaiting and Liu Wei started a business together and jointly established Beijing and Aiwei Dance Technology Co., Ltd. The former serves as CEO and the latter serves as COO, holding 52.6% and 32.9% of the shares respectively.
According to public information, Beijing and Aiwei Dance Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in April 2023, the legal representative is Wang Huiyan, and the registered capital is 10 million yuan. At present, the company has more than 1,000 employees.
In May 2023, it received a seed round of investment jointly participated by many first-tier institutions such as Gaorong Capital, Sequoia Capital, Zhen Fund, Qifu Capital, Lanchi Venture Capital, and Xianfeng Evergreen, with a financing scale of 25 million US dollars and a post-investment valuation of 125 million US dollars.

Zhang Huaiting joined Gaotu in 2014 and is one of the first five co-founders of Gaotu/Learn from Who, before that, Zhang was one of the founders of Baidu Fengchao team, served as senior product manager of Baidu Fengchao, senior engineer of business search department.
In December 2019, Gaotu/Whoxue issued an announcement saying that Zhang Huaiting resigned for personal reasons. Before leaving, the announcement of Gaotu/Whoto Learn showed that Zhang Huaiting held 6.2% of the equity of Gaotu/Whom, and was the third largest shareholder at that time.
Liu Wei joined Gaotu/Learn from Whom in August 2015 and has served as Vice President since November 2018. Previously, he was a video manager at Sohu and an analyst at Accenture. During his tenure, Liu Wei was mainly responsible for Gaotu/Learn from Who's previous K12 business Gaotu Classroom, and served as the general manager of Gaotu Classroom.
In August 2021, Liu Wei resigned from Gaotu.
In 2023, the two co-founded Dancing with Love, taking advantage of AIGC to pour into this wave of AI education entrepreneurship.
