Northern tofu 500 g
Wang Zhi and stinky tofu sauce 50 g
1 spring onion
Parsley to taste
5 cloves of garlic

<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2: Cut the northern tofu into 6cm*4cm size and about 1cm thickness of tofu cubes.
3: Put the chopped tofu into the crisper box and pour some stinky tofu juice on a layer.
4: Seal the stinky tofu in the crisper box and put it in the refrigerator for 1 day to taste.
5: Peel and remove the garlic, put it in the garlic mortar and mash it into garlic paste.
6: Add cool white to the garlic puree and soak in garlic water for later.
7: Cut the shallots and millet into spicy rings, and cut the parsley into small pieces and set aside.
8: Add 2 tbsp McDamer's virgin raw soy sauce, 1 tbsp OfTamate oyster sauce, a small amount of thirteen spice powder, sugar, 1 tbsp fresh chicken juice and 1 tbsp starch to the bowl.
9: Stir well and add an appropriate amount of water, continue to stir evenly into a sauce and set aside.
10: Heat the oil to 50% (you can put in the chopsticks to try it, and the chopsticks can be densely packed with small bubbles).
11: Wipe off the surface moisture of the soaked tofu napkin and put down the oil pan.
12: Fry over medium-low heat until the surface is golden brown and firm.
13: Fry until crispy and tender on the outside, then drain and remove.
14: Leave a small amount of oil in the pan and add the shallots and stir-fry until fragrant.
15: Pour the prepared sauce into the pot.
16: Cook until the sauce is thick and can be hung on the tofu.
17: Place the fried tofu in a bowl and pour the cooked sauce. The soup is more delicious, and it is best to wrap each piece of tofu in the soup.
18. Finally, drizzle with garlic water according to your taste, pour chili oil, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and cumin powder, millet chili rings, and add some squeezed vegetable crumbles and coriander crushes to dissolve.
