This year, the provincial party committee and the provincial government made a major decision to accelerate the development of agricultural industrialization, and vigorously built ten major agricultural industrial chains such as rapeseed oil. Strong and powerful alliance, complementary advantages, and integrated breakthroughs are the only way to build the industrial chain.
"The two sides have carried out in-depth cooperation around the utilization of rapeseed during the whole growth period and the development of the whole value chain." Wan Weidong, chairman of the Provincial Grain and Oil Group, introduced that in the planting link, the Provincial Grain and Oil Group and Fukang Oil and Fat will adopt incentive policies, cooperate with agricultural cooperatives to develop order agriculture, and guide the expansion of rapeseed planting area; in the acquisition link, the Provincial Grain and Oil Group will provide financial support to achieve full harvest and protect the interests of farmers; in sales, products will be mutually adjusted and supported. At the end of September, the Provincial Grain and Oil Group and 24 oil and fat processing enterprises, cooperatives and new agricultural entities in the province jointly established a rapeseed oil industrialization consortium to create an industrial joint fleet that can "produce" and "sell".
According to the agreement, Wuxue Fukang Oil & Fat Company will also cooperate in depth with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences OilSeed Oil Exploration, Health Effect Evaluation, Quality Control and other aspects.
Hubei rapeseed planting area and output are in the forefront of the country, but due to the lack of leading enterprises, insufficient deep processing, and weak brands, it seriously affects the development of the rapeseed oil industry.
According to industry experts, the Provincial Grain and Oil Group is the strongest state-owned grain and oil enterprise in the province; the Oilseed Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has the top experts and the latest technology in the rapeseed industry; and Fukang Oil and Fat Company has advantages in base construction and product processing. Mutual cooperation, opening up the industrial chain, and realizing the integration of production, marketing and research will surely promote the development of the whole industrial chain of Hubei rapeseed oil.
