Ingredients to prepare are: pork belly, tofu skin, local chili peppers, leeks, egg chips, ginger slices.
Seasonings are: soy sauce, chicken essence, salt. Lard, cooking wine.
1. Remove the chili peppers, cut the tofu into small pieces, chop the meat, chop the leeks, scramble the eggs and set aside.
3. Put the prepared ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and stir well.
4. Stuff the minced meat into the chili pepper and tofu in turn.
5. Add lard, heat and add ginger slices, stuffed tofu and chili. Add the appropriate amount of cooking wine, add water, cover the pot, simmer for five minutes and turn it over. Simmer for another 3 minutes, add chicken essence soy sauce after collecting the juice, and you can get out of the pot.
