In recent years, the Yunnan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China has conscientiously implemented the deployment of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on the construction of the "five networks", actively played the role of a policy bank, and devoted itself to serving the construction of comprehensive transportation infrastructure in Yunnan, providing strong support for the construction of international corridors to South Asia and Southeast Asia, and promoting Yunnan Province to become a strategic link between the strong domestic market and the international market in South Asia and Southeast Asia, an important support for the "big cycle and double cycle", and achieving a wider range, wider field, and deeper opening up to the outside world.

Focusing on the construction of Yunnan Province into an international strategic link connecting the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean land-sea combined transport system and an international hub for South and Southeast Asia, the bank has continued to increase credit investment, and as of now, the balance of loans supporting the construction of Yunnan's "eight provinces and five exits" railway network and county-level high-speed "all-access" and "interconnection" projects is nearly 30 billion yuan. Actively support Yunnan Railway to accelerate the construction of "interfaces", accumulatively approve loans of more than 10 billion yuan for the domestic sections of the eastern, central and western lines of the Pan-Asian Railway, and support Yunnan to build a hub center connecting the railway to the river and the sea and connecting the surrounding areas. Boost the quality and efficiency of yunnan expressway construction, focus on the construction of international economic corridors such as China-Indochina Peninsula and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar, strengthen the connection between important border land ports and domestic highway networks, and invest more than 30 billion yuan in loans, successively supporting the construction of a number of outbound highways such as Laman Expressway, Tenglong Expressway and Yuanman Expressway, and promoting Yunnan to further improve the level of internal and external transportation interconnection.

As the "pioneer official" of economic and social development, Yunnan's transportation industry has a long way to go. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Yunnan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China will continue to focus on the key project planning of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Yunnan Province, give full play to the unique nature and advantages of policy-oriented finance, increase support for the construction of "two new and one heavy" infrastructure construction, boost the construction of Yunnan's modern comprehensive transportation system, and provide more powerful policy-oriented financial assistance for promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Yunnan Province.
