Does management require humanity? What are the rules of the game?

Management is a game of control, and management is therefore often in danger of deviating from social ethics. Therefore, effective management tends to abandon secular morality. Martin Luther once said that "in order to accomplish the highest morality, you can do whatever it takes." In reality, we are often bound by human sophistication and morality, and we cannot achieve perfect management. Only by unloading the burden in your heart can you gradually manage well.

In Niccolò Machiavelli's Treatise on monarchs, there are many classic quotations, several of which I am impressed with and share for your reference.

1) A competent monarch must possess the majesty of a lion and the cunning of a fox.

(2) Monarchs who possess only worldly virtues often lose effective control over their administration by caring too much about worldly virtues, leading to the destruction of the state.

(3) Any "crime" against worldly virtues is permissible as long as the result is necessary for the attainment of justice.

4, to be a monarch, you must know how to sacrifice others.
