I eat beef with pickled pepper several times a week, and I remember eating 1 more bowl of rice when I first learned this dish, it was really amazing!

< h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" > ingredients:

300g of beef, ginger and garlic (a little more flavor), millet spicy and pickled pepper (increase or decrease according to personal taste), 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little white pepper, corn starch, chicken essence, white sugar

approach:

1: Cut the beef into thin slices, add 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, a little pepper, pour ginger and shallot water several times and grasp well, add 1 spoonful of starch to grasp well, and then add 1 spoonful of oil to grasp well.
2: Stir-fry the beef in a hot pan with cold oil until it changes color (preferably with a little blood color), add oil again and add ginger garlic, millet spicy, and pickled pepper and stir-fry until the aroma comes out.
3: Add beef and stir-fry evenly, add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, a little chicken essence and sugar and stir-fry evenly out of the pan (be sure to get out of the pan quickly, so that it is more tender).
