Preparation steps:

Step 6: Add a little cooking oil to the pot, add a spoonful of spicy sauce and stir-fry slightly, add shallots, ginger and garlic slices, and fry out the aroma; then put the fried prawns and fries into the pot, followed by seasoning a little sugar and chicken essence, turn on the high heat and stir-fry a few times; then add a little more pepper and salt and stir evenly; finally add the appropriate amount of cumin powder, stir-fry again to get out of the pot, and then sprinkle with a little coriander garnish, delicious.

1. The prawn shell will be slippery with its back open, please operate carefully.
