Breadcrumbs to taste
2 eggs
Starch to taste
2 scoops of cooking wine

2 slices of ginger

The squid rings are thawed, peeled off and washed, and boiled in water to make them even more crispy.

Roll the squid ring in the starch.

Finally, roll the squid ring over the bread sugar.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan, wait for 60% of the temperature to put the squid ring down, turn the heat down, and fry until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove and place on the oil absorbent paper, which can suck some of the oil away.
