1 From "Rich Mushroom" to "Wisdom Mushroom"

A few years ago, local mushroom farmers were still extensively grown, relying on the sky to eat, and the development momentum was insufficient. Today's starting town, edible mushroom strong town reputation, launched a brand, beautiful rural construction is in full swing.

At present, the starting town has formed an edible mushroom planting area with Changzhi tablets as the core, covering the villages of Qiqi, Shencuo, Danglin, Shangchangzhi, Xiachangzhi, Yangbei, Huguo and other villages, and has introduced 1 national high-tech enterprise, 1 provincial leading enterprise, and 4 municipal leading enterprises to create an online and offline trading platform and experience center for agricultural products, so as to achieve industrial upgrading in the introduction of new varieties, expansion of planting scale, technological upgrading, and integration of three industries.
For a long time, local mushroom farmers basically cultivated Xiuzhen mushrooms in thatched bamboo greenhouses. The mushroom shed of such a material is very susceptible to damage, and once the weather changes, the yield is affected; the ability to resist disasters and risks is insufficient, and the quality of the mushroom is unstable, which cannot improve the industrial level.
In order to solve the important problems of mushroom farmers, various departments in Luoyuan County have linked up to not only make up for shortcomings, improve infrastructure such as flood banks and bridges, but also declare 6 provincial-level special subsidies for projects such as greenhouses, cold storage, and deep processing of edible mushrooms, and transform planting facilities such as mushroom sheds. The standardized steel frame greenhouse is like a modern factory, and the inner wall of the greenhouse is made of insulation materials, equipped with micro-spraying and shading systems. In such greenhouses, mushroom sticks can be mechanized for high temperature sterilization, cooling, re-inoculation, etc., until the strain grows. Through procedures such as temperature control and sterilization, mushrooms can be produced on a year-round scale.
Stabilizing the yield, how to improve the quality? In October 2020, Fujian Xiuzhen Mushroom Industry Research Institute was inaugurated in Luoyuan Edible Mushroom R&D Center, boosting the Luoyuan edible mushroom industry to run to the "Star Sea".
The research institute is the first industrial research institute with local governments as the main body and the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences to jointly build "government,200,000," and is a new platform to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Xiuzhen mushroom industry in Luoyuan County. Based on the development of the whole industrial chain of edible mushrooms, the research institute will adhere to the project cooperation as the starting point, carry out joint research on key technologies in the industry such as excellent variety screening, facility cultivation and integration of three industries, establish and improve the mechanism of scientific and technological achievements, intellectual property ownership and benefit sharing, promote the close integration of "production, education and research", and help the transformation and upgrading of the Xiuzhen mushroom industry in Luoyuan County.
In April 2021, Luoyuan County was the first batch of xiuzhen mushrooms inoculated with liquid strains and factory-produced xiuzhen mushrooms, which marked a breakthrough in the major bottleneck affecting the development of the xiuzhen mushroom industry.
In the past, the cultivation of Xiuzhen mushrooms used solid strains, starting in March every year, and producing bacteria from June to September, and only one season per year. Affected by solid strains, artificial, and air, Xiuzhen mushrooms are easily infected with miscellaneous bacteria, which affects the rate of bacteria. After the use of liquid strains, the mushroom room and the mushroom room rely on intelligent temperature control to achieve automated production, which greatly shortens the time for mushroom production, and can be rotated 12 times a year and picked 24 times.
2 From "small mushrooms" to "big industries"
The broad market, strong scientific and technological services and policy support have become the "accelerator" for the rapid development of the edible mushroom industry in Luoyuan County.
The government has invested heavily. In 2020, Luoyuan County issued the Luoyuan County 2020 urban modern agricultural development policy, arranging special funds of 15 million yuan per year, of which more than 7 million yuan was used to promote the development of the edible mushroom industry. With the support of the relevant departments at the higher level, it has successively launched the implementation of the demonstration construction project of the national edible mushroom industry strong town in the starting town, the Luoyuanxiu zhen mushroom geographical indication protection project, the 2020 advantageous characteristic leading industry special fund project, and the 2020 new agricultural business entity development characteristic agriculture special fund project, etc., to promote the convergence and cooperation of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the edible mushroom industry, extend the industrial chain, and promote the integrated development of the first, second and third industries.
Brands are created with brightness. "Luoyuanxiu Mushroom" is a national geographical indication registered and protected agricultural products, with an annual output of more than 73,300 tons, accounting for 60% of the country's total output, with an output value of about 430 million yuan. Luoyuan County encourages local farmers' cooperatives to use green food logos, and encourages enterprises to brand edible mushrooms and expand domestic and foreign markets. Among them, Yisheng Food Company's "Mushroom Family" brand is a famous trademark in Fujian Province. Since 2011, the "Mushroom Family" Cup Mushroom Cooking Festival has been held for ten consecutive years, becoming one of the most branded activities in the edible mushroom industry in Fujian Province.
Promote standardized production. Luoyuan County relies on the "five new" integrated promotion of edible mushrooms to promote the construction of demonstration counties, creates a demonstration base for the standardization of Xiuzhen mushroom production, and creates a Xiuzhen mushroom standard garden in the starting town to improve the standard application effect of Xiuzhen mushrooms. At the same time, support the Luoyuan County Edible Mushroom Association to use the "Xiuzhen Mushroom Facility Production Technical Specifications", and encourage the Luoyuan County Qifeng Shanshui Ecological Agriculture Farmers Professional Cooperative to develop an operable agricultural product traceability system covering the whole process of production and processing, and effectively promote the improvement of edible mushroom product quality.
3 From "Eating Mushrooms" to "Mushroom Girls"

Mushroom Farm is a breakthrough made by Luo Yuan in the integration of three industries in the edible mushroom industry, and has become a new model for rural revitalization.
The project is based on the Changzhi area (Upper Changzhi Village and Lower Changzhi Village) and does a good job of edible mushroom articles. Relying on the modern mushroom shed, we will build 14 sub-projects of 6 modules of production area, processing area, experience area, tasting area, ecological circulation area and ornamental area, and launch net red projects such as whole mushroom banquet and mushroom shed coffee house, so as to build a mushroom whole industry chain ecological cycle experience farm integrating edible mushroom ornamentation, education, picking, experience, tasting and sales. At the same time, the concept of "rural partner" is also introduced, the "village collective + enterprise + farmer" model is adopted, and the operation team is established as a company, and the village collective accounts for 20% of the operating income, and the annual village financial guarantee income is 150,000 yuan for rural construction.
