Lu Zhenghui said that the liquid strains of Xiuzhen mushrooms have broken through the technical bottlenecks that have plagued Luoyuan Xiuzhen mushroom planting industry for many years, and can realize the automation, standardization and anniversary of Xiuzhen mushroom planting.

In the bacteria bag production workshop next door, the automated bacteria bag processing machine is running rapidly, and the steps that originally required manual mixing, filling and sealing are replaced by machines. At present, two automated bag processing machines can produce 30,000 bags of bacteria per day.

"In the past, we used to grow solid mushrooms, starting in March every year, producing bacteria from June to September, and only one season per year. Affected by solid strains, artificial, and air, Xiuzhen mushrooms are easily infected with miscellaneous bacteria, which affects the rate of bacteria. Zhong Zeluan, head of Luoyuan County Chuangxian Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters that liquid strains are now used to achieve automated production, and the mushroom room and the mushroom room have achieved intelligent temperature control, which greatly shortens the time for mushroom production, and can be rotated 12 times a year and picked 24 times.

"The mushroom production rate has increased from 92% to more than 99%, the production cycle has been shortened to 60 days, and the cost of automated production of mushroom packages has been lower." In the future, we will also use equipment such as machine injection and transmission belt for full-process automated production, further reducing the impact of labor on the mushroom yield. Located at the mouth of The village of Xiachangzhi Village in Luoyuan County, the Luoyuan County Edible Mushroom Research and Development Center, covering an area of 32.5 acres, has become a booster for the Luoyuan edible mushroom industry to run to the "Star Sea".

The R&D center is the location of the innovation-driven service station of the National Society of Edible Mushrooms, with cold chain logistics warehouses, live sales platforms, product exhibition halls and other facilities, providing services such as industrial research and development, farmer training, technical consultation, brand promotion, and rural e-commerce operations.

Zhong Fengjin, chairman of the Luoyuan County Science and Technology Association, introduced that after the docking of the county science and technology association, in September last year, the Chinese Mycological Society and the Luoyuan County Edible Mushroom Research and Development Center signed an agreement to jointly build an innovation-driven service station of the Edible Mushroom National Society. Since then, the first edible mushroom national society service station in Luoyuan County has been officially established. Since the establishment of the station, senior engineer Lu Zhenghui has not only helped mushroom farmers solve the problem of rotten mushrooms, but also carried out technical training in combination with the production status of Xiuzhen mushrooms in Luoyuan County, guided the construction of the first batch of factory-based mushroom cultivation facilities in Luoyuan County, and created a new chapter in the Luoyuan Xiuzhen mushroom industry.

Prior to this, the edible mushroom research and development center has docked with the Luoyuan County Development and Reform Bureau to build a science and technology commissioner workstation, cooperated with the Edible Mushroom Research Institute of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to create a Fuzhou Expert Workstation, and also cooperated with the Industrial System Technology Innovation Team of the Edible Mushroom Technology Promotion Station of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Edible Mushroom Research Institute of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Hu Kaihui Expert Team of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University to fundamentally change the traditional planting method of "importing mushrooms and cultivating by experience" to achieve high-quality development of the edible mushroom industry.

At present, the construction of service stations such as collection, research and experimentation of edible mushroom cultivation technology is being carried out in an orderly manner. Relying on the service station of the national society, Luo Yuan will also experiment and promote the breeding of excellent bacteria, the cultivation of liquid strains, the optimization of the production process of the fungus package, the annual cultivation and other efficiency enhancement technologies of rare mushrooms, shorten the production cycle, improve the rate and quality of mushrooms, realize the deep processing of products, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the edible mushroom industry.

In recent years, Luoyuan County has "strengthened the heart and blood" for the development of the edible mushroom industry in the starting town through infrastructure construction, scientific and technological rejuvenation of bacteria, talent cultivation, financial support and other measures. In 2020, the output value of edible mushrooms in the starting town increased by 40%, reaching 700 million yuan, and radiation drove more than 1,500 households to participate in planting, providing more than 4,000 jobs.
