The project plans to produce 8,000 tons of fructooligosaccharides and 6,000 tons of inulin new nutritional supplements and other products per year, as well as prebiotic dietary fiber food, health food, special dietary products, gel candy, solid drinks, liquid drinks and other big health products. The annual total output value can be 950 million yuan, creating an industrial cluster of tens of billions of industrial chain products such as fructooligosaccharides and inulin new nutritional supplements, promoting the cluster development of Yangling agricultural industry, driving the planting of 50,000-100,000 mu of Jerusalem artichoke, leading rural revitalization with scientific and technological innovation, and creating a Yangling model for rural revitalization in the country.
