In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of key projects in the demonstration area, on August 16, the yangling comprehensive free trade zone phase II project housing collection kick-off meeting was held, and the meeting comprehensively arranged the deployment of rural residents' housing expropriation, land clearance and transitional resettlement involved in the project's fence area. Chen Hui, member of the Party Working Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone and secretary of the Yangling District CPC Committee, attended the meeting.
The reporter learned from the meeting that according to the relevant requirements of the General Administration of Customs, in January 2022, the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government will apply to the General Administration of Customs for formal acceptance of the Yangling Comprehensive Insurance Zone. In order to ensure that the comprehensive insurance area successfully passes the acceptance of the General Administration of Customs, by the end of 2021, the house collection and garbage removal work of 380 households in the third and fourth groups of Shangde Village in Lugu Town, which are involved in the second phase of the comprehensive insurance area, must be completed. Yangling District will concentrate manpower, reverse the construction period, wall map operations, do everything possible to accelerate the speed, and demolish and relocate according to law, harmoniously, scientifically and efficiently, so as to ensure the successful completion of the housing expropriation task. The housing expropriation work plan will be completed on December 20, the house demolition will be completed on December 25, and the acceptance will be carried out on December 30, and the demolition will be transitionally resettled for a period of 36 months.
It is understood that the Yangling Comprehensive Free Trade Zone project is the most basic functional composition of the free trade zone, and is the main starting point for the exploration of trade facilitation in the free trade zone, with a total area of 1320 mu, a planned construction area of 670,000 square meters, and a total investment of more than 4 billion yuan. The first phase of the project will build a customs building, bonded warehouse, bonded processing plant, bonded research and development building, port inspection area, life service supporting area, fence and electronic supervision information system, with a total construction area of 244,000 square meters. Up to now, the first phase has completed all the demolition and resettlement and basic pipe network construction work within the scope of the land use; the road network construction work is about to be completed; the customs building has been built to 4 floors above the ground, and the talent apartment has been built to 2 floors above the ground; the port inspection area, bonded warehouse, bonded processing plant, and research and development building have completed the basic construction, and the main structure construction is underway, and it is expected to meet the customs pre-acceptance conditions in October this year.
