According to the Red Network Huaihua Station, on the morning of December 31, the second meeting of the fourth meeting of the Fourth Committee of the CPPCC Huaihua City elected Li Jun as chairman of the Huaihua Municipal CPPCC Committee; Yang Lingli was elected as the vice chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee; and Ran Longchao, Qiu Lin, Yi Yanfeng, and Huang Mingze were elected as standing committee members of the CPPCC Municipal Committee. The meeting passed and accepted Wang Xiaohua's resignation as chairman of the Huaihua Municipal CPPCC Committee; removal from Huang Zechun vice chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee; and resignation from Tang Yunzhan, Wu Dexiong, Long Fenglin, and Yang Wei as standing committee members of the CPPCC Municipal Committee.
The news learned that Li Jun was formerly deputy secretary of the Huaihua Municipal CPC Committee, and Yang Lingli was formerly secretary of the Huitong County CPC Committee. On November 13 this year, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee issued a public announcement before the appointment of provincial management cadres, Li Jun intends to nominate as a candidate for the chairman of the Huaihua Municipal CPPCC Committee, and Yang Lingli intends to nominate as a candidate for the vice chairman of the Huaihua Municipal CPPCC.
