Wang Gemei, formerly known as Wang Ruijun, was one of the founders of the Communist Party of China and an early organizer and leader of the Shandong Party organization.

But unfortunately, due to his years of travel, he finally became ill due to overwork, and died of illness in Qingdao on August 19, 1925, when he was only 27 years old.

Although Wang Gemei died young, he made great contributions to the founding of the party and the Chinese revolution, so the country and the people will not forget him.

Wang Gemei was born on June 14, 1898, to a tenant family in Zhucheng, Shandong Province. Unfortunately, Wang Gemei's father died of a sudden illness four months before he was born, so that neither father nor son had met, so he had been dependent on his mother since childhood.

At that time, although Wang Gemei's family was poor, he also knew the importance of reading, and he had no choice but to pay for reading.

Fortunately, there was a chance reading opportunity that Wang Quanmei encountered, that is, he gave the landlord's son a reading companion.

The son of the landlord who knows how to study is not as good as the aesthetics of wang quan as a companion.

After that, Wang Gemei was able to enter the village private school, the primary primary school, and the senior primary school successively, because he studied hard, plus he was originally intelligent, so his academic performance has always been very good.

Of course, although Wang Gemei was able to study all the time, his family was too poor, so in 1915, when Wang Gemei finished primary school, he dropped out of school to work in the fields at home, when he was 17 years old.

Wang Gemei worked in the fields at home for two years.

In these two years, he not only learned the farm work at home, but also made him more deeply aware of the difficulties of the working people.

The most important thing is that Wang Gemei also sees unfairness and inequality.

Because at that time, the working people worked hard all day long, but after a year, even the most basic food and clothing were difficult to solve, let alone support the family. And the landlord does not have to work every day, but he is clothed and eaten, glorious and rich,

Therefore, Wang Gemei felt that this was unfair to the working people, but at that time he had not yet found a suitable solution.

At this time, although China was poor and weak, some progressive ideas and progressive spirits had spread in the land of China. In this regard, Wang Dumei did her best to find progressive books and periodicals in order to seek progressive ideas.

Through books and periodicals, Wang Gemei accepted progressive knowledge, and his thinking also underwent a great change, and gradually established the belief in saving the country and the people.

Whenever she thought of this, Wang Gemei had a strong desire to seek the road to save the country and the people. Of course, he also deeply knows that his current knowledge is far from enough, and he still needs to learn.

In 1918, the provincial city of Jinan official school can apply for the examination, and in April, Wang Gemei bid farewell to his newly married wife and went to Jinan. In July of the same year, Wang Gemei was admitted to the preparatory class of Shandong Provincial First Normal School.
