6 spoons of glutinous rice flour (porcelain soup spoon commonly found at home)
40 grams of sugar
30 g sesame seeds

<h1>Practice steps</h1>
Step 1: First put a small half bowl of water in the pot, then pour in the sugar and cook until it melts. Cool the sugar water slightly, then pour three spoonfuls of glutinous rice flour into the bowl, pour the sugar water into it, and stir well to form the paste in the picture below.
Step 2: Continue adding the remaining three spoonfuls of glutinous rice flour, stir well with chopsticks, and knead by hand and into a dough until smooth.
Step 3: Roll the dough into small circles the size of tangyuan by hand and set aside.
Step 4: Put a bowl of water in a small bowl, then roll the kneaded small rice balls in the water, then dip the sesame seeds evenly and poke them tightly with your hands. Arrange them one by one.
Step 5: All done, ready to start the fire, put the appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, and when the oil temperature is 70% hot, reduce the heat. Put the small tangyuan that you made into it one by one. The whole time the small fire is slowly fried, and the spoon is constantly flattened, this step is the key to hollowing.
Step 6: About three or four minutes, wait until the sesame balls become large and bulging, the surface is golden, fish out the oil control, cool a little bit can eat!
The surface is crispy, and the tender sesame balls on the inside are ready. The taste of my own cooking is also very good, and the sesame balls I buy now are basically modified, so they will be big and hollow. But eating too much is still unhealthy, so let's do it yourself!
