Recently, the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspection of 474 batches of samples of 3 types of food such as tea and related products, edible agricultural products, and grain processed products. According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, of which 467 batches of qualified samples and 7 batches of unqualified samples were sampled and inspected, and the unqualified samples involved problems such as agricultural and veterinary drug residues, heavy metal pollution, and quality indicators.

The reporter noted that a "first-class Maofeng" agricultural veterinary drug residue sampling inspection was unqualified. The first-class Mao Feng produced by the nominal Huangshan Shihekeng Tea Industry Co., Ltd. was found by Dalian Product Quality Inspection and Inspection Institute Co., Ltd. that glyphosate did not meet the national standards for food safety. Huangshan Shihekeng Tea Industry Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and proposed re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Anhui Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained. Another tea that was also unqualified for sampling: the six angua tablets sold by Huixian Life Supermarket in Hefei High-tech Zone, cypermethrin and S-cypermethrin did not meet the national food safety standards.

Chicken liver sampling from two food stores in Hefei had problems: chicken liver sold by KongZhihong Food Store in Shushan District, Hefei City, chloramphenicol did not meet the national food safety standards; chicken liver sold by Han Huakun Frozen Food Store in Shushan District, Hefei City, chloramphenicol did not meet the national food safety standards. In addition, the pike crab and cadmium (in terms of Cd) sold by Qunfang Aquatic Products Commercial Bank in Baohe District, Hefei City do not meet the national standards for food safety.

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision departments of Hefei, Ma'anshan, Huangshan and other territories to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, take measures such as removing the shelves and recalling unqualified products to control risks; and strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations according to law. The market supervision departments of the above territories shall promptly disclose the verification and disposal situation to the public. Where it is discovered during the investigation that the duties of other departments are involved, the relevant information shall be reported to the relevant functional departments.
