Wei Heling has achieved great achievements in film art. But married life has been full of twists and turns. His last wife, Yuan Rong, was only an art editor at the Shanghai Film Studio. But her family is very good. Yuan Rong, whose original name was Yuan Shirong, was the first president of the Republic of China, and later announced that he was the cousin of Yuan Shikai, the "Hongxian Emperor". Yuan Rong's father was a member of the League, and her mother was Japanese. Her father was emperor for 83 days because he hated Yuan Shikai for signing the "Twenty-One Articles" traitorous treaty. In a fit of rage, he changed his daughter Yuan Shirong to Yuan Rong.
Yuan Rong's family is well-off. Originally a student of the Oil Painting Department of Suzhou Fine Arts College, he planned to study abroad after graduation. However, the War of Resistance broke out, and soon met Wei Heling, who was already a big star. Although she knew that Wei Heling had been married twice, and that the two were twelve years apart, she still came together with him without hesitation. Wei Heling and Yuan Rong have lived a married life of more than forty years through ups and downs.
