In 1990, after graduating from Hunan University, Li Jia entered the Chenguang Chemical Research Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. Since then, her fate has been tightly bound with Zhonghao Chenguang.
In the mid-1990s, Zhonghao Chenguang was experiencing the pain of transformation to a market economy, falling into the predicament of years of losses and on the verge of closure. At the same time, the "account" of the Ministry of Science and Technology was cancelled, and it was impossible to get the support of national projects and scientific research funds, and the reform and development of enterprises was difficult. Technology is the primary productive force, and Li Jia knows the importance of technology "account" to enterprises. She has traveled to Beijing many times, actively sought the support of relevant experts and departments, and after 3 months of unremitting efforts, Zhonghao Chenguang's science and technology "hukou" has been restored, ushering in the spring of technology-led enterprise development.
In the face of technical problems in the field of organic fluorine materials in China, Li Jia organized the establishment of a project research group led by party members and experts, and with the spirit of "nailing nails", conquered one industry problem after another, and high-performance fluoropolymers met the urgent needs of the high-end market. Under the leadership of Li Jia, Zhonghao Chenguang implemented the innovation-driven development strategy, continued to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and transformed from a scientific research institute to a "national technological innovation demonstration enterprise", becoming the core plate of listed company Haohua Technology, and setting up a model of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology in the organic fluorine industry.
