On January 16, Beijing time, Wuhan Zhuoer officially announced the new members of the coaching team, of which Ruan Xing served as the team leader, including Li Jinyu, Wang Liang and Li Leilei, who became the assistant of coach Li Xiaopeng.

Team leader: Ruan Xing, born on July 8, 1989 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, is a professional coach of the AFC-Chinese Football Association. During his player years, he played for Wuhan Yaqi, Hangzhou Greentown and other teams. In 2009, Ruan Xing, who retired due to injury, began his coaching career as the head coach of the Wuhan Women's Football Youth Team, during which time, he won the national women's football league in this age group, the championship champion and runner-up and other honors. In 2012, he served as the assistant coach of the Chinese women's national junior team, and won the 2013 Asian Youth Women's Football Championship championship and the 2014 Youth Olympic Championship with the team. In 2016, Ruan Xing served as the head coach of wuhan zhuoer reserve team, leading the team to win the championship of the reserve team of the Chinese League A in the 2017 and 2018 seasons, and in 2017, he led the Wuhan Zhuoer reserve team to reach the final four of the "I want to go to the Olympics" selection competition.

Assistant coach: Li Jinyu, born on July 6, 1977 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a professional coach of the AFC-Chinese Football Association. Li Jinyu, who became famous at a young age, went to Brazil to study with the Jianlibao youth team many times. In September 1998, with his outstanding performances, Li Jinyu joined Nancy in Ligue 1 on loan from Liaoning, representing the team 6 times in Ligue 1. In the 1999 season, he returned to Liaoning, and in five seasons, he helped the team win the honors of runner-up in the A League and the Super League Championship, and won the top scorer of the A League in 2002. From 2004 to 2011, Li Jinyu played for Shandong Luneng Taishan, scoring 92 goals for the team in all competitions, helping the team win three Chinese Super League and one FA Cup, in the 2006 and 2007 seasons, Li Jinyu won the Golden Boot of the Chinese Super League for two consecutive years, and scored 100 goals in China's top league in 2007, becoming the first player in the history of Chinese football to receive this honor. Assistant coach: Wang Liang, born on April 1, 1979 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a professional coach of the AFC-Chinese Football Association. He grew up in Liaoning and won the 1998 FA Cup runner-up, the 1999 National A League Runner-up, and the Super League Champion. In 2006, Wang Liang joined Shandong Luneng Taishan and helped the team win the 2006 Chinese Super League championship. In 2008, Wang Liang returned to Liaoning Hongyun on loan. From 2009 to 2011, Wang Liang played for Shandong Luneng Taishan again, helping the team win the 2010 Chinese Super League championship. In 2012, Wang Liang returned to the Liaoning Hongyun team again. In 2017, after retiring, Wang Liang began his coaching career as an assistant coach of the Meixian Tiehan team. In 2020, Wang Liang served as the assistant coach of Guangzhou R&F team.

Assistant Coach: Li Leilei, born on June 30, 1977 in Beijing, is an A-class coach and L2 goalkeeper coach of the AFC-Chinese Football Association. At the end of 2003, Li Leilei joined Shenzhen Jianlibao team, and in the 2004 season as the main goalkeeper, he helped the team win the first year of the Chinese Super League championship. From 2006 to 2011, Li Leilei played for Shandong Luneng Taishan, during which time he helped the team win three Chinese Super League and one FA Cup. In April 2003, Li Leilei was selected for the Chinese national team and won the East Asian Final Four championship for the Chinese team in 2005. In 2012, after retiring from the army, Li Leilei began his coaching career as a goalkeeper coach for beijing Guoan team. From 2018 to 2019, he served as the goalkeeper coach of the Chinese Olympic team. In 2020, Li Leilei joined the Shandong Luneng Taishan coaching team as a goalkeeper coach.

Assistant Coach: Hu Yu, born on April 29, 1981 in Heilongjiang, graduated from Beijing Sport University, is a B-level coach of the AFC-Chinese Football Association, and has obtained the National Physical Fitness Association Physical Training Expert Certification (NSCA-CSCS). From 2008 to 2012, Hu Yu coached shandong women's football as a physical fitness coach. In 2014, he joined Qingdao Zhongneng as a physical coach, and from 2015 to 2017, he served as the physical coach of Liaoning Hongyun Team. From 2018 to 2020, he served as the physical coach of Shandong Luneng Taishan Team. In addition, from 2010 to 2011, Hu Yu coached and joined the coaching team of the Chinese women's national football team as a physical coach.
