Tsinghua University and Qinghai University signed a counterpart support agreement
After the meeting, Yang Zhiwen and Jiang Shengyao, on behalf of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government and Tsinghua University, signed the provincial "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic cooperation framework agreement, and Tsinghua University and other six universities signed the "14th Five-Year Plan" agreement and the 2021-2022 annual work agreement with Qinghai University.
