Chen Xu listened to the power supply center's report on specific issues such as the work arrangement of the new line, the shortage of technical personnel, the implementation and decomposition of the responsibilities of the new "Work Safety Law", the emergency measures for anti-freezing rain in the catenary network, and the preparation for the establishment of the company, and affirmed the work of the test qualification landing, the effectiveness of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform, and the capacity building of emergency support.

Chen Xu stressed: First, it is necessary to continue to study and implement the new "Safety Law" in depth, revise departmental system documents in a timely manner, improve the awareness of responsibility of all employees, and decompose safety responsibilities; second, we must pay attention to the guarantee of equipment in winter, the emergency disposal of anti-freeze rain in the catenary network, and establish a multi-departmental linkage mechanism to improve the efficiency of emergency disposal and the application of technical means to improve management capabilities; the third is to take the establishment of subsidiaries as an opportunity to take the test and testing room business as the core competitiveness of power supply companies, improve personnel efficiency, actively expand external cooperation channels, and enhance their own competitiveness.
