On the morning of October 7, after purchasing tickets at the ticket hall of the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station, Ms. Xu casually left her mobile phone at window 21, which was temporarily kept after being found by the staff. After Ms. Xu noticed that the mobile phone was lost and asked the police for help, the police took it to inquire for a circle and finally found the ticket purchase window, and the mobile phone was lost and recovered.

At about 20:00 on October 4, Wang Kun, a police officer at the police station of beijing west railway station, received an alarm from passenger Ms. Wei, who came to the No. 6 security inspection channel at the north entrance of Beijing west railway station at 19:30, and disappeared after the backpack entered the security checker, and there was an Apple mobile phone and social security card worth more than 7,000 yuan in the backpack.

The police work found that it was suspected that an older woman had taken the wrong backpack, leaving a similar backpack at the scene, with only some snacks and other items in the bag. On the same day, the passenger flow of Beijing West Railway Station was relatively concentrated, and the police took some trouble to find it, but finally found Ms. Sun who took the wrong bag in the seventh waiting room.

It wasn't until the police came looking for her that Ms. Sun realized that the bag was wrong. Later, at the police station, the two passengers checked each other and exchanged backpacks. For her negligence, Ms. Sun also apologized to Ms. Wei and the police.
