Stir-fried shrimp with asparagus
Ingredients: live shrimp, asparagus, ginger shredded, garlic, shallots
Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, soy sauce
method:

1. First remove the shrimp and take it out of the shrimp line, then open the back to shell (you can also open the back), and then wash it (if you are troublesome, you can buy fresh kernels directly).
2. After washing, add some salt, cooking wine, ginger shreds, grab and mix well and marinate for a while.
3. After washing the asparagus, cut it directly into segments (if the asparagus is old, go to the skin).
4. Cut the garlic into slices and the shallots into small pieces.

6. Pour oil into the pot, add green onion and garlic in oil, stir-fry until the shrimp change color, add asparagus and stir-fry, then add some salt, soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
