Sweet and sour gluten
Ingredients: raw gluten, lotus root, pineapple, tomatoes, green peppers, sesame seeds
Seasoning: sweet and sour sauce, salt, corn starch water
method:
(1) Peel and cut pineapple into pieces, wash and cut tomatoes into pieces, wash and slice green peppers, wash and peel lotus root, steam and cut into strips, roll a circle in the middle of the lotus strips with raw gluten, and pinch the gluten interface tightly.
(2) Heat the oil, when the oil temperature is 70%, put in the rolled gluten cubes and fry them slowly until golden brown, then add the green pepper slices and quickly pour them on the oil fence to filter the oil.
(3) Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pot, pour in the sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil, add all the ingredients, stir-fry a few times, put the pan on the plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
