
Ingredients: 350 grams of pork belly with skin, 1 green and 1 red pepper
seasoning:
A) 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine and vegetable oil, 1/4 tsp chicken essence
B: 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce and caster sugar, 10 g each ginger, garlic and tempeh, vegetable oil to taste
Preparations Thinly sliced pork belly with skin, cut into green and red peppers, minced ginger and garlic, and chopped tempeh.
Production process
1. Mix the sliced meat with seasoning A and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the pan, add oil and slice the meat.
3. Fry over low heat until the surface of the slices is golden brown, and then put the meat in oil and set aside.
4. Wash the pan, pour the fried oil back into the pan, add ginger, minced garlic and tempeh and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add green and red peppers, add salt and stir-fry until broken.
6. Pour in the fried slices of meat, then add soy sauce, soy sauce and caster sugar, stir-fry evenly.
