"It was the wind in the valley that blew our red flag; it was the violent rain that washed away our tents..." Singing "The Song of the Exploration Team" and with full enthusiasm for the geological cause, in 1999, the 21-year-old Dawa graduated from school and came to the Geothermal Geology Brigade of the Tibet Geological Survey Bureau for 22 years. She dedicated her youth and sweat to the cause of geology she loved.

Dawa has worked in the laboratory, supervision project and geothermal exploration institute of the Geothermal Geology Brigade of the Tibet Geological Exploration Bureau, and is currently the president of the Geothermal Geology Brigade of the Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Over the past 22 years, she has devoted herself to the study of professional technology, accumulated in the course of learning, innovated in practice, and widely used advanced technology in geothermal resource survey, geological disaster survey and other fields. Up to now, the projects she has led have created more than 70 million yuan in economic benefits, making outstanding contributions to Tibet's economic and social development.

The geological industry has always been a difficult industry, and choosing geological work means choosing hard, lonely or even dangerous. "Since I have chosen a distant place, I only care about the wind and rain." From the first day she entered the industry, Dawa secretly made up her mind. She has been on the front line of production in the wild for a long time, traveling to high altitude areas to overcome the cold and lack of oxygen. Although she is a female comrade, she does not let her eyebrows be shaved, and she always leads the project staff to complete various tasks with amazing perseverance. She has participated in major projects such as hot fields, geological environment monitoring, mineral water survey in the whole region, and gold analysis of Mayum gold ore, and submitted more than 1,000 analysis reports of various types, 400,000 single data of anions and cations, and the accuracy of detection data is more than 98%.

For 22 years, Dawa has always kept her hard work to herself and given warmth to others. Whenever the project personnel encounter technical problems, she always appears on the scene for the first time, patiently explains, plays the role of "transmission, help, and belt", conscientiously imparts academic experience and working methods, improves the team's working ability, and cultivates a group of professional and technical talents.

Dawa is like an obscure paving stone, dedicating youth, sweat and wisdom to the geological cause in ordinary posts, showing with faith and loyalty the spirit of women in the new era of high spirits, hard work and achievements, and the moving style of a laborer who serves Tibet and builds Tibet with hard work and intellectual ability.
