When we first started visiting the first resident, we walked into the resident's home, explained our identity, the purpose of the visit, and the whole communication process was an awkward chat mode of one question and one answer. Residents were also a little surprised by our home visit.
After leaving the resident's door, on the way to the next joint household object, our grid party members and party members walked and discussed: on the surface of the visit just now, we completed the visit to the joint household object, but we all vaguely felt that the residents were defensive about us, and the answer was also polite, and we felt that we could not really let the residents trust us. We can also understand, after all, the first visit, do not know us, this is also a normal performance.
The next household is a resident of Hubei, we reached an agreement, we first carry out a simple exchange with the residents, to see whether the residents' words and deeds and performance are similar to the previous household, if so, let Xiaoding, a grid party member from Hubei, communicate further in the way of Hubei compatriots and open the residents' words box.
Sure enough, this method is still effective, so that the follow-up home visit will be smoother for us, and we can cut into the conversation by discovering the paintings, souvenir books, local characteristics, etc. hanging in the homes of residents, which is easy and can establish basic trust with residents.
Through the red grid joint household visit, we can help residents on the spot to answer the residents' troubles or effectively and conveniently guide residents to handle some of the needs of life documents, such as: Ms. Zeng's children are ready to go to primary school, want to apply for admission to the proof materials, etc., although there is Baidu or through relatives and friends to understand, but the psychology is still a little worried, afraid that what is not well considered and not prepared to affect the children's schooling.
When we visited her door and told her what materials to prepare, which functional room to go to the community party and mass service center to stamp and other detailed procedures, she showed a stretched smile on her face and thanked us in a loud voice.
Perhaps, for us, it is a matter of our ability, but for her, it is to solve the concerns that have been plaguing us for a long time, and the red grid visit can really deliver the service to the homes of residents.
