On October 11, the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region held a symposium to discuss and exchange views with the Research Group of the Xinjiang Science and Technology Department on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Local Legislation Revision Work, and Zhang Zhikuan, member of the party group and deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, Dorikun Awuti, member of the party group and deputy director of the Xinjiang Science and Technology Department, and responsible comrades of the relevant departments and offices of the Science and Technology Department and the Department of Justice of the two places attended the forum.
Zhang Zhikuan welcomed Dorikun Awuti and his entourage, and introduced the basic situation of Inner Mongolia and the work of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for scientific and technological innovation, the "three districts and two centers", high-tech enterprises, scientific and technological innovation platforms and the management and use of innovation funds. At the meeting, the revision and promulgation of the Regulations on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the development of the work carried out in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements were introduced, and the participants shared their work experience and exchanged problems and specific measures in the management of science and technology.
Zhang Zhikuan pointed out that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the "last kilometer" of the whole process of scientific and technological innovation activities, and whether the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is smooth or not is of great significance to the success or failure of scientific and technological innovation activities and even economic and social development. When General Secretary Xi Jinping made important speeches and instructions to Inner Mongolia, he paid great attention to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Inner Mongolia, and focused on the strategic positioning of "two barriers", "two bases" and "one bridgehead", and gave the transformation of scientific and technological achievements a new historical mission to help achieve high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development. He said that through the discussion, the two sides further deepened their understanding of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and had the good effect of learning from each other, learning from each other's strong points and complementing each other's weaknesses, and developing together.
Dorikun Awuti said that the symposium and research is aimed at accelerating the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, opening up channels for the integration of science and technology with the economy, encouraging innovative entities such as scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, and scientific and technological personnel to transfer and transform scientific and technological achievements, and promoting the improvement of Xinjiang's economic quality and efficiency. At the symposium, they learned in detail about Inner Mongolia's scientific and technological innovation work, especially the good practices and experiences in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and there are many similarities between Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia in scientific and technological innovation, and it is hoped that the two sides will further strengthen communication and exchanges and extensively carry out scientific and technological cooperation in related fields.
