In the hot summer, cold drinks have become a favorite of many people. Especially children, when they see ice cream and drinks, they can't move their legs. However, eating too many cold drinks can easily hurt the spleen and stomach, thus affecting appetite. For children in their formative years, it is not good for their health. Poplar nectar
【Ingredients】Sago, pure milk, mango, grapefruit
【How to do it】
1. Add 2L of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. When the water is boiling, pour in 100 grams of sago and stir it with a spoon to prevent it from sticking. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 18 minutes. Remember to stir with a spoon every 3~5 minutes to prevent sticking.
2. Cook the sago until there is still a little white heart, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 8~10 minutes. Be careful not to simmer it here for a long time, otherwise the sago will become soft and will not have the texture of gluten Q elasticity.
3. Cool the boiled sago with cold water (purified water or cold boiled water), drain the water and set aside.
4. Break up the flesh of the grapefruit and cut the mango flesh into cubes.
5. Take a part of the mango pulp, add 200ml of pure milk, and beat it into a shake with a food processor.
6. Finally, spread the diced mango and grapefruit pulp on the bottom of the bottle. Then add 2 tablespoons of cooked sago, pour in half a cup of plain milk (or coconut milk), and top with a beaten mango milkshake, and the home version of poplar manna is complete. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for two hours for better flavor.
Nutritious and delicious without additives, feel free to eat. This summer, the poplar branch manna was free~
Tips for Rice
1. Sago is a starch product, which cannot be washed and will melt away. Be sure to wait for the water to boil before boiling.
2. Because both mango and grapefruit have a sweet taste, there is no need to add sugar during the production process, and the sweetness of the finished product is just right.
3. There is no addition to the poplar branch manna made by yourself, so the shelf life is very short, don't do too much at a time, eat it within two days, and it is best to eat it on the same day.
