Considering that the polypropylene fabric supplied by the customer is not resistant to high temperature, Texnology® technicians will reduce the drying temperature to 140°C to avoid undesirable phenomena such as yellowing and hard feel of the processed fabric, and the test is as follows:

Under the customized low-temperature finishing process at 140°C, the processed polypropylene fabric samples of process formulas 1 and 2 did not show stiffness.
In the No. 1 process formula, the sorted polypropylene fabric sample can reach 100 points of water-repellent and 4.5-level oil-proof effect, and the fabric has a fresh wormwood fragrance, which has excellent protective performance and rich olfactory experience, which can be used in the production of home textiles such as carpets, curtains, bedding, etc., to improve the added value of products.
