In the Luojiu Water Conservancy Hub, the research team listened to the report on the construction and planning of the flood control system in Guangxi and the flood control project system in Liuzhou, learned in detail about the water system in the basin of the Luojiu Water Conservancy Hub Project, the changes in water level in the flood season and the dry season, and the characteristic values of historical floods, and discussed the planning and construction of major water conservancy projects in Guangxi with the on-site participants, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions.
It is understood that the Luojiu water conservancy hub is a flood control-based, taking into account the tasks of irrigation, water supply, power generation and shipping, etc., the flood control engineering system composed of Yangxi Reservoir, Luojiu Reservoir, Lema Reservoir, Liunan Flood Distribution Project, urban area guarding, etc., can improve the flood control standard of Liuzhou City from the original 100 years to 200 years, and is of great significance for improving the flood control system of the Liujiang River Basin and even the entire Guangxi flood control system.
