So far, nine small reservoirs have been built, which has effectively alleviated the problem of groundwater shortage.

Through the transformation and installation of 13 water measurement and monitoring equipment systems, the accuracy and coverage of monitoring and measurement have been comprehensively improved. Strengthen the management of agricultural water rights, approve and issue 12,000 water intake certificates, and distribute water in strict accordance with the approved water quantity. Continuously strengthen inspection and supervision, replace the metering facilities in a timely manner, and prevent the wells that have been closed from being re-activated.
