Through the "Gansu Provincial Immunization Program Information System" and household verification, random inspections were carried out on the timely vaccination of measles-mumps vaccine and diphtheria-pertussis vaccine in school-age children, and the detection and revaccination of inactivated polio vaccine. Go deep into key areas and units such as ethnic minority gathering areas, farmers' markets, vegetable bases for Hong Kong, and brick factories to check the vaccination status of migrant children. Enter schools and childcare institutions to inspect school morning and afternoon inspections and registration of absenteeism due to illness, and guide schools to standardize the implementation of school infectious disease prevention and control measures such as opening windows for ventilation, disinfection and sanitizing, and health education. For key areas with greater difficulty, actively contact the township government, the neighborhood population office, and the person in charge of epidemic prevention and control, and jointly conduct a house-to-house survey of people coming to Gansu to ensure that no household or person is missed. At the same time, on-site training was carried out for township health centers and community health service centers with weak ability to prevent and control vaccine-preventable infectious diseases such as measles and whooping cough, and analyzed key areas and prevention and control risk points in their jurisdictions and put forward targeted prevention and control measures.
