Cooking Steps:

1. (About 8 water tower cakes)

- 200 grams of rice flour

- 50 grams of caster sugar

- 180 ml of lukewarm water

- Dry yeast 3 grams

Tips:

- The fermentation environment should be warm and windless, avoiding direct sunlight, otherwise the fermentation effect will be affected.
