Recently, the Ningqiang County Charity Association went deep into the towns (streets), villages (residences) and villagers' homes to carry out the implementation of the 2023 99 public welfare "Ningqiang Build a Happy Home" project, and sent the party's warm and caring people's donations to the recipients, helping to solve difficulties and warming people's hearts, and alleviating the plight of the families of seriously ill patients, students in difficulty, and charity and happiness gardens.
On the "99 Charity Day" in 2023, the Ningqiang County Charity Association closely focused on the theme of "Rural Revitalization", and went to the County Rural Revitalization Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, County Veterans Affairs Bureau, Federation of Industry and Commerce and other units for research and discussion to discuss online fundraising projects, and went deep into the 30 villages (communities) that have successfully created "Charity and Happy Homes" to conduct research. Among them, "Ningqiang Jointly Build a Happy Home" mainly focuses on the implementation of love meals for families of seriously ill patients, students in difficulty and charitable happy homes, and the "Ningqiang Care for Veterans" project mainly provides assistance to the families and individuals of veterans who still have difficulties after enjoying social security and national preferential policies due to causes of disasters and emergencies in the county. Under the great attention and overall arrangement of the county party committee and county government, and with the active participation of party and government organs at all levels, mass organizations, enterprises and institutions, social caring enterprises and caring people, a total of 5,647 people participated in the donation of the "Ningqiang Build a Happy Home" project, with a total of 124,692.25 yuan raised, including 115394 yuan for public fundraising, 7,298.25 yuan for Tencent Public Welfare and Provincial Charity Association, and 2,000 yuan for offline donations. A total of 5,790 people participated in the donation of the "Ningqiang Care for Veterans Project", raising a total of 170,420.98 yuan, including 161286 yuan for public fundraising and 9,134.98 yuan for Tencent Public Welfare and Provincial Charity Association.
According to the project budget, the funds of the "Ningqiang Building a Happy Home" project are divided into three parts, of which the Happy Home Love Meal accounts for 40% of the project funds, the funds for helping students in difficulty account for 30% of the project funds, and the funds for serious illness relief account for 30% of the project funds. In accordance with the principle of who raises and who benefits, the county charity association according to the towns (streets), relevant units and units to raise funds and Baolian village (community) overall arrangement and use, in the 24 villages (communities) with a large amount of funds raised in the 24 villages (communities) charity happy homes, towns (streets), relevant departments, etc. 36,500 yuan of relief funds; 11 patients with serious illnesses were provided with serious illness assistance at different levels according to their conditions, with a relief fund of 37,100 yuan; Meal subsidy of 48,300 yuan for 24 charitable and happy homes for the elderly. The "Ningqiang Care for Veterans" project funds are mainly implemented by the County Veterans Affairs Bureau, and 152,000 yuan has been issued to 38 difficult veterans in the county.
On April 27, the county charity association held a unified distribution ceremony for 25 needy students in the conference room on the fourth floor of the county civil affairs bureau; From May 7th to 9th, we went deep into 12 towns (streets), 24 villages (communities), and 11 families of seriously ill patients, and distributed serious illness relief funds and charity and happy home meal subsidies on the spot, especially when issuing relief funds for seriously ill patients, the moving pictures of the patients' families were all moving, which was not only a help to their family economy, but also an encouragement to the seriously ill families, so that they could enhance their confidence in overcoming difficulties, actively fight against the disease, and live bravely. At the end of the project, the use and benefits of the fundraising funds will be disclosed to Tencent Charity and the public in a timely manner, so that the Party committee, government and donors can rest assured and the beneficiaries are satisfied.
