Property service enterprises should understand the charging needs of residents' electric bicycles, fully listen to the opinions of residents, cooperate with the requirements of grassroots government departments, and refer to the relevant requirements of Article 37 of the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of High-rise Civil Buildings" to meet the needs of residents for parking and charging downstairs, and set up sufficient parking and charging areas for electric bicycles that are convenient for storage, safe on the ground, and reasonable for charging.
