From May 10th to 11th, the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Coffee Industry Labor Competition and Neighborhood Coffee Culture Bazaar with the theme of "Lotus Coffee Series: Taste of Shenzhen and Hong Kong" were held in Futian District Library and Cuiye Road, Lianhua Street. On the morning of May 11, the "Coffee" contest was held in full swing on the first floor of the Futian District Library. The hand punch competition and latte art competition were launched simultaneously, the scene was full of coffee fragrance, and the atmosphere of the competition was tense and intense. Participants from Shenzhen and Hong Kong showcased the charm of coffee culture with their exquisite skills and unique creativity. Among them, there are experienced café owners, professional baristas, and amateurs who are passionate about coffee, and they all use coffee as a link to exchange skills and collide with inspiration.

After fierce competition, barista Xu Yongqi won the championship of the hand punch group, and barista Wu Qingxiang won the championship of the latte art group. Coffee shops such as Magesh Coffee and Magic Cup Coffee have won the title of "Star Coffee Shop" for their excellent coffee skills and unique innovative concepts. This is not only a recognition of their coffee skills, but also an affirmation of their commitment to coffee culture inheritance and innovation.

Subsequently, the first phase of the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong Staff Coffee Salon" kicked off. Chen Zhi, co-founder of the Hong Kong Barista Association and founder of Nuttii Oguri Coffee, and Aunt Bei, cross-border illustrator and founder of Coffee Star, launched an in-depth dialogue salon around coffee culture. The two guests discussed the past and future, differences and commonalities of coffee culture in the two places from different perspectives, as well as the challenges and ways to overcome them in the process of promoting coffee culture exchange, integration and consumption, so that the audience could feel the infinite possibilities of the "coffee culture + cross-border combination" business model.

In addition, from May 10th to 11th, the "Coffee" and "Reading" market activities were held simultaneously in the West Square of Futian District Library and Cuiye Road of Lianhua Street, gathering elements such as coffee, cultural and creative, art, interactive exchanges and party and mass service publicity in Lianhua Street, with "coffee" + "reading" as the main feature, not only bringing together the booths and special products of many coffee brands in Shenzhen, but also setting up creative booths such as reading recommendation of Futian District Library, staff service mobile station, and law popularization publicity in Lianhua Street Virtual Park, so that citizens can taste coffee at the same time. You can also feel the influence of culture.

The successful holding of the "Lotus Coffee" series of "Coffee Tasting Shenzhen and Hong Kong" coffee theme activity not only provides a platform for employees in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to show their talents, exchange and learn, but also promotes the exchange and cooperation of coffee culture between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, stimulates the two-way consumption boom between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and lays a solid foundation for the complementary advantages and win-win development of the coffee industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
